It's hard to believe that it has been a full six months since the world as we knew it changed. Perhaps forever. If you're like me, you always remember exactly where you were when you first heard 'the news' of significant life events like these. But over the course of time, as we begin to fully process, accept and even embrace the news, we can lose the sense of just how impactful and even beneficial that news was. The past several months have been filled with many difficult challenges, tons of stress and endless uncertainty due to the COVID-19 pandemic. And while the reach and impact of the Corona Virus at one time seemed boundless, I encourage you to take a moment to celebrate just how far we have all come as a result of our common resolve to overcome the pandemic, together. At NDBT one of our top priorities is the health, safety and well-being of our customers, our staff, and our communities. Accordingly, we are following all State and County mandated protocols and have taken additional measures within our company designed to ensure the health and safety of everyone we contact, serve and employ. We continue to discover new ways to serve and engage our customers and our communities and look forward to continuing to improve and grow through this pandemic with you. Our goal is to provide you with all of the resources you need to ensure your financial success - regardless of the environment around us. Our doors may be locked, but I assure you, we are available for business and to serve you. Our bankers are available by appointment, our drive-ins remain open and our virtual services have been enhanced for 24/7 availability. We continue to closely monitor the situation and look forward to the day we can all engage one another just like we did in the 'good old days'. Thank you for your continued loyalty and support. We are grateful for the trust you have placed in us ' especially during these unusual times. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns you may have. We look forward to serving you in person again soon.

Sincerely,

Larry A. Miller, President
