About Glenn

Glenn Henry serves as Chief Financial Officer of NDBT, overseeing the responsible deployment of resources to pursue the requirements defined in the company’s mission. He is also responsible for the development and implementation of NDBT’s strategic plan, maintenance of corporate records and facilities management activities.

Experience, Education and Certifications

Glenn has been in the banking industry for almost 35 years, all with North Dallas Bank & Trust. He began the pursuit of his career immediately out of college as a credit analyst and fulfilled several other roles within the bank including accounting analyst, loan review officer, accounting manager and controller prior to being named CFO of NDBT in 2018. Glenn also spent four years with Equity Assets Management as Vice President of Public Relations and Compliance.

Glenn earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University, where he was an All-American swimmer. He then earned a Master of Business Administration, graduating summa cum laude, from the University of Texas at Dallas. In addition, Glenn completed a Management Development Program from the Texas Bankers Association.

In 2022, Glenn was honored as CFO of the Year by the Dallas Business Journal.

Community and Family

Glenn is active in the Dallas and Richardson communities, serving as Treasurer on the Board of the Richardson Repertory Company Theatre and as a previous board member of the North Texas Chapter of the National Kidney Foundation in Dallas. He continued his passion for competitive swimming as a part time coach for the Dallas Aquatic Club and Dallas Aquatic Masters, along with four years as head age group coach for the Dallas Mustangs swim club.

Glenn and his wife, Amy, have two adult children.
