Why NDBT Cares

In 2019 NDBT created an employee led initiative designed to elevate the community service aspect of our Mission Statement. Our team of dedicated employees help tell the collective story of the impact made in our communities.

NDBT is honored to support our community organizations with a variety of meaningful endeavors, such as providing financial literacy, supplying food and school supplies for needy families, raising awareness on the prevention of child abuse and neglect, annually awarding two local High School Seniors through our James W Tyra Scholarship Program to assist with the cost of college tuition, and investing in a South Dallas initiative to extend financial services in that community.
