About Pouroo
Pouroo Dastur is Executive Vice President and Director of Deposit Relations for NDBT. In her role, Pouroo leads and manages the bank’s deposit relations efforts, concentrating on enhanced effectiveness in deposit pricing with a strategic focus on incorporating additional streams of non-interest income, products, and retention efforts essential for growth, long-term success and sustainability. She is also responsible for the Treasury Management group with a focus on deposit pricing and services.
Experience, Education and Certifications
Pouroo has more than fifteen years of management experience in banking with expertise in Contact Center management, Digital Banking, Retail Banking and Project Management. Prior to joining NDBT, she was Senior Vice President and Regional Manager for Legacy Texas Bank, where she managed 11 banking centers.
Pouroo earned a Bachelor’s Degree, Business and Commerce from the University of Mumbai, India.
Community and Family
Pouroo and her husband, Yazdi, have two children. They volunteer and are active members of Zoroastrian Association of North Texas (ZANT), where Yazdi is a priest.
