About Toni
Toni McReynolds is NDBT’s Executive Vice President, Director of Trust | Wealth Management. She is responsible for setting the strategy and managing a group of experienced Trust, Wealth Management and Retirement Plan professionals. Toni is also hands-on with clients and creates strong relationships with families and individuals seeking growth and security for their financial futures and those of their beneficiaries.
Experience, Education and Certifications
Toni has more than 35 years experience in Trust, Wealth Management and Retirement Plan Services. She began her career in Baton Rouge, Louisiana as Assistant Vice President and Director of Administration for Shobe and Associates before transitioning to Hancock Bank as Vice President, Manager of Business Development & Trust Employee Benefits. Toni moved to Dallas and North Dallas Bank & Trust in 1997 to lead the Trust | Wealth Management group.
Toni earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Education from Kansas State University. She added CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and Certified Retirement Services Professional (CRSP) designations in the decade that followed.
A longtime member of the Estate Planning Council of North Texas and the Dallas Estate Planning Council, Toni’s past professional organization leadership included Board of Governors for the Dallas Estate Planning Council, Administrative Council for the Wealth Management & Trust Division of the Texas Bankers Association (TBA), various board positions in the local chapter of the Financial Planning Association (FPA), and client advisory committees for various investment advisors and mutual fund companies
Community and Family
Toni is passionately involved in community service, volunteering in a variety of capacities for Family Compass since 2016, where she currently serves on the non-profit’s board as Secretary and member of the Executive Committee.
Toni and her husband, Jeff, have two children and two dogs. They enjoy spending their spare time at the lake and beach.
