Fields Legacy - Rising from the Heart of the Fields Headquarters Ranch

4961 Fields Parkway, Frisco, TX 75033

27,000 SF of Office Space Available for Pre-Lease

Located at the corner of Fields Parkway and Legacy Drive in Frisco, Texas, Fields Legacy will soon be an iconic multi-tenant office building owned by NDBT (North Dallas Bank & Trust Co.), anchored by an NDBT Banking Center, with a commons area for citizens to enjoy daily.

But it is much more than a building on a corner.

It is truly a legacy to the Fields family and their commitment to the community and NDBT.

Fields Legacy will rise from the heart of what was once the 2,544-acre Fields Headquarters Ranch, where cattle roamed and wheat stood tall for more than 70 years.

Bert Fields, owner of the Headquarters Ranch, was also a founding director of North Dallas Bank. Bert Fields, Jr. inherited the family ranch in 1963 at the age of 23, and became our majority shareholder for more than 50 years. The Fields family continues to be synonymous with NDBT as it has throughout our 64 years serving North Texas.
