About Pam

Pam Murray is Chief Human Resources Officer for NDBT, developing the strategic vision of Human Resources and Learning for the bank, including a focus on benefits, compensation and pathways for learning and development.

Experience, Education and Certifications

Pam has a diversified career that includes eight years as a labor and employment law paralegal and four years as Executive Director of CARE, a non-profit organization that brings education to teens and their adult influencers regarding the dangers of drugs and alcohol. Her banking background includes more than ten years at Comerica Bank, where Pam supported a number of divisions within the bank including Wealth Management at a national level. She transitioned into Human Resources for the banking industry when she joined Independent Bank as Director of HR, a role that had her deeply involved in M&A work as the bank grew from 400 employees to 1,500 and expanded into multiple states. Pam was recruited to NDBT in 2020 as CHRO.

Pam earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Texas A&M University.

Community and Family

Pam serves as a board member for CASA of Collin County and is a member of the Dallas Regional Chamber of Executive Women’s Roundtable. She and her husband, Vic, enjoy traveling, playing golf and spending time with their four grown children and their golden doodle Cleo.
