We will verify your identity before processing a request and may request information such as your name, contact information, date of birth, tax identification number, or government-issued identification. We respond to verified requests in accordance with applicable law. Information subject to other privacy laws may be exempt from, or outside the scope of, certain requests. We generally respond within 45 days and may extend the response period by an additional 45 days when permitted by law.

We do not charge a fee unless a request is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded.

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure.
