About Pouroo

Pouroo Dastur is Executive Vice President and Director of Deposit Operations for NDBT. In her role, Pouroo leads and manages  Retail Banking, which includes all five of NDBT’s current North Dallas community banking centers. She is also responsible for the Treasury Management group with a focus on deposit pricing and services.

Experience, Education and Certifications

Pouroo has more than fifteen years of management experience in banking with expertise in Contact Center management, Digital Banking, Retail Banking and Project management. Prior to joining NDBT, she was Senior Vice President and Regional Manager for Legacy Texas Bank, where she managed 11 banking centers.

Pouroo earned a Bachelor’s Degree, Business and Commerce from the University of Mumbai, India.

Community and Family

Pouroo and her husband, Yazdi, have two children. They volunteer and are active members of Zoroastrian Association of North Texas (ZANT), where Yazdi is a priest.
