NDBT Opens Fields Legacy

DALLAS, TX (September 14, 2026) – NDBT (North Dallas Bank and Trust Co.), a leading Texas community banking organization, announces the opening of Fields Legacy, a 3.9-acre multi-use campus including a 30,000-square foot multi-tenant office building anchored by NDBT’s newest banking center, and featuring a community greenspace with historic sculptures and artifacts honoring the heritage of the Fields legacy. The property is located at 4961 Fields Parkway, Frisco, TX, at the southwest corner of Legacy Drive and Fields Parkway.

Fields is a 2,544-acre development on the site formerly known as the Fields Family Headquarters Ranch. Project developers acquired the site from the estate of Bert Fields, Jr. in 2018 and named the development in honor of Mr. Fields and his family. Mr. Fields was NDBT’s majority shareholder for more than 50 years and the son of Bert Fields, one of NDBT’s founders. NDBT purchased the property from FHQ Development, LLP in July 2023.

Fields is also the site of the PGA of America Headquarters and related Fields Ranch golf courses, the Omni PGA Frisco Resort, the Universal Kids theme park and resort, the upcoming Fields West multi-use development, and several neighborhoods of single and multi-family homes.

NDBT at Fields Legacy is the sixth banking center opened by NDBT, all located in North Texas.
