Rates as of 4/14/2025 are subject to change without notice. The annual percentage rate (APR) is the cost of credit over the term of the loan expressed as an annual rate. The APR includes the interest rate plus other charges or fees (such as tax service, flood hazard determination, and closing-related services) and assume that closing costs are paid out of pocket by the borrower. The estimated total closing costs do not constitute and are not a substitute for a Loan Estimate, which includes an estimate of closing costs you will receive once you apply for a loan.
