About Brenda

Brenda Peralta is a mortgage loan officer within NDBT’s Mortgage Division. As a mortgage originator, she works to assist applicants with their home financing needs and provides guidance throughout the application process. Brenda’s focus and expertise includes HomeStart, NDBT’s proprietary mortgage program designed to lower the barriers to home ownership.

Experience, Education and Certifications

Brenda has worked in the mortgage industry for 3 years, beginning her career as a mortgage originator with Mr. Cooper. She transitioned to her role at NDBT in 2022.

Brenda earned a Bachelors in Business degree from Southwestern University in Georgetown, TX.

Community and Family

NDBT’s partner organizations benefit from Brenda’s community service, as she provides financial literacy workshops in both English and Spanish throughout North Texas.

Brenda was born and raised in Dallas, where she and her husband, Alan, currently live with their three dogs.

Brenda is fluent in Spanish.
