Connected to our iconic 12-story office tower at the corner of Preston Road and I-635, NDBT’s Dallas Banking Center (DBC) has been closed since last June while undergoing an extensive renovation and improvement project. After 12 months, we are excited to unveil our new modernized facility and re-open to the public.

The upgrades include a complete redesign, reconfiguration, and modernization of the bank lobby, teller lines, office space, executive suites, customer and employee lounges, and technologies, as well as a relocation of our Drive-thru banking facilities. The revamped DBC now provides a gallery-like environment that houses several pieces of art by local Texas artist, Sisa Jasper.

“We’ve embraced our Texas Banking Original identity so there’s a Texas theme throughout our space,” said Larry Miller, NDBT president and CEO. “We wanted to create a welcoming environment for our guests and customers to come and spend a little time and enjoy their time at their bank.”

NDBT’s improved DBC features a remodeled front entrance, inviting customer seating areas with ergonomic furniture, floor-to-ceiling glass windows, a hospitality bar with complimentary beverages and snacks, new flooring, heightened ceilings, LED lighting, technology upgrades, public Wi-Fi, and more. In addition, existing teller lines have been replaced by convenient service desks, enabling employees to rapidly assist customers with a range of routine financial transactions.

The Dallas Banking Center is located at 12900 Preston Road. Come see us!
